The gas biscuit/cake baking pan available in the market has higher gas consumption, more trouble occurred, and high cost of maintenance. It has high power so that a household electricity meter is rather difficult to bear such defective fault on products. We devised to manufacture our new generation pattern of multi-functional gas cake baking fryer, according to the customers demands and the actual experiences of manufacturing gas fryer previously. The baking fryer is devised and produced according to the principle of gas cooker, with its upper heating using far-infrared gas heater, using two 3V voltage batteries as an ignition fire power. It can work with automatic ignition under the circumstance of no electricity power and it has the multi-function of automatic ignition, flame failure protection and automatic temperature control and other functions.

Under circumstance of no electricity, this machine can use the liquefaction gas to burn and uses the electric ignition, manual temperature control, single below fire to bake the food, so it greatly facilitates the usage environment for users.

(Moreover, this machine itself accompanied the 220V input, 3V output transformer plug.)
